I build the brands, and the AI systems behind them, that let a business move faster without losing itself.

Most growing organisations reach a point where the business has moved on and the brand has not.
The firm has merged, grown, or changed what it sells and who it sells to, and its name, identity and story still describe the company it used to be. That is the brand gap, and it gets more expensive the longer it runs.
I founded Pivitt in London to close it. We set the strategy, positioning and identity, then carry it into the work a business puts out every week, with me as the senior person on every piece.
To run Pivitt at the pace clients need, I built the AI systems it works on: a company memory, a client portal, a brand system that checks every draft and a production pipeline. They let a small senior team work like a much larger one, and they are now what I build for other businesses.
The record includes 200,000+ assets produced across an 8-year BMW Group partnership, and helping scale a start-up investment business past £40M in revenue in eighteen months. Today I work mostly with professional services, property and investment firms on repositioning, bringing groups of businesses under one brand, and keeping a brand consistent once dozens of people produce work in its name.
Before Pivitt, I worked in creative direction and marketing strategy in London, on work for organisations including Rolls-Royce, the BBC, BT and Live Nation.
Diagnose, build, run.
Diagnose
Find where the business has moved past its brand, and where the team loses time or repeats the same mistake.
Build
Set the position and identity, then write the rules down so people and AI tools produce work to them.
Run
Use it on live work, measure it, and keep it current as the business changes.
Brand projects through Pivitt run on the Pivitt 360 Brand Model
Built to produce at the pace a business actually moves.
One senior lead
I lead every engagement myself, with specialists brought in by brief. You deal with the person who sets the standard, from the first call to the final file.
Volume, held to one standard
200,000+ assets produced across an 8-year BMW Group partnership and 160+ campaigns, each through the manufacturer's CI approval.
Speed from inside the brand
A team already inside the brand produces from the first request, without a new brief, a new quote and a new wait each time. Some briefs answered the same day.
One place for every brief
Briefs, amends and handovers sit on Pivitt's client portal, so the record of what was asked, changed and delivered never lives in someone's inbox.
Positions I hold, drawn from the work.
Your guidelines were written for people.
Most brand guidelines assume a designer or a writer will read them and use judgement. A growing share of proposals, decks and campaign variants is now drafted by AI tools, which follow rules literally and fill every gap with something generic. A brand system has to be written so they can follow it.
Your brand has not kept pace with your business.
Growth changes a business faster than it changes its brand. The fix starts from what the business has become: who it now sells to, what it can charge, who it competes against. Design follows that decision.
Consistency is a systems problem.
A brand holds at scale because of guidelines, templates, approvals and a narrative that ties every touchpoint together. Good taste on its own does not survive a hundred people producing work every week.
A brand needs an operating rhythm after launch.
Teams drift and new hires never learn the rules. Stewardship is what separates a brand that ages well from one that has to be rebuilt every few years.
Ship, measure, adjust.
There is no perfect campaign. Over-engineering before the market has answered sends you down the wrong path with confidence. Put the work out, read the data, and change it.
